Our Team

Lee LesleyPrincipal, Investor Relations and Marketing

Lee Lesley joined JMI Equity in 2010. She is focused primarily on managing the firm’s investor relations and capital raising activities. Lee is also responsible for JMI Equity’s marketing initiatives, including strategy, positioning, communications, events and public relations.

Prior to joining JMI Equity, Lee was a Principal in Allied Capital’s Asset Management group. Previously, she worked as a Principal in Allied Capital’s Private Finance group, focusing on equity and debt investments in business services companies.

Lee received a BA in English and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an MBA from the Kenan-Flager Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
