Shayla joined JMI in 2026. She is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities. Prior to joining JMI, Shayla was a senior associate on the technology team at Advent International and a senior associate consultant at Bain & Company. Shayla also spent time at Ballistic Ventures.
