As a member of JMI’s Operating Team, Gleb partners with portfolio companies to design and implement advanced AI and data science strategies that drive product innovation and operational efficiency, while also contributing to JMI’s internal AI initiatives. He brings more than eight years of experience leading machine learning and software engineering efforts across diverse industries, combining deep technical expertise with strategic insight. Prior to joining JMI, Gleb worked as a consultant and advisor, helping organizations define and execute AI, LLM, and data strategies.
