As Senior Director, Product, Tim partners with JMI’s portfolio companies to evaluate and strengthen their product and engineering functions — from pre-investment technical diligence through post-investment value creation — helping teams adopt AI-accelerated development practices and scale to meet growth demands. He most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at Podium, where he oversaw product engineering, business applications, IT, security, and data science for a 250+ person organization. Tim brings more than 20 years of product and engineering leadership experience at companies including TripActions, Twilio, Google, and Pixar Animation Studios.
