Where we invest

JMI invests in software and AI-driven companies with proven business models, rich intellectual property, high recurring revenue, and long-term growth potential. We look for opportunities where we can bring our company building experience to create shareholder value. Over the years, we have completed nearly 200 investments and 120 exits. Our typical investments range from $40 million to $400 million. We are flexible as to the size, form, and structure of investments we make.
