Carolyn joined JMI in 2025 and supports the firm’s investment activities, including transaction structuring and execution, as well as portfolio company, and internal legal matters. Prior to joining JMI, she was an associate in the Private Equity group at Goodwin Procter. Earlier in her career, she worked in fund formation at The Carlyle Group.
