James is an Operating Advisor at JMI with over three decades of technology leadership experience across a wide range of industries, go-to-market strategies, and functional areas. He has held executive roles—including CEO, GM, and CCO—leading five companies to successful exits, from early-stage startups to large enterprises. With JMI, James played a key role as Chief Customer Officer during the merger of SpaceIQ, Serraview, iOffice, and others, which ultimately formed Eptura. His broad career has equipped him with deep expertise in building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams and leveraging data and automation to enhance decision-making and execution.
