Garrett joined JMI in 2025 and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities. Prior to JMI, he was a private equity associate at Bain Capital, focusing on healthcare, consumer, and financial technology investments. Previously, he worked at Copley Equity Partners and Pier 88 Investment Partners.
