Catie joined JMI in 2025 as a member of the operating team, where she focuses on expanding JMI’s executive talent network to support leadership hiring across the portfolio. Prior to JMI, Catie served as Director of Executive Talent at Insight Partners. She also held roles on Google’s Executive Search team, served as Head of Talent at Ubiquiti, and worked as a Senior Recruiter at Boston Consulting Group.
